If you have a holiday or second home, it pays to build up a good relationship with a local company that can be trusted to look after your property, taking the inititive to fix things before problems develop, rather than waiting till things have gone wrong. We can either do work ourselves, or you can hire a helping hand for an hour - or a day - if you need an extra pair of hands for your regular maintenance.
See general property maintenance services for more information on the kinds of jobs we can tackle.
Call us when you need something fixed, or arrange for us to make regular visits to see what needs doing if you are not on the premises. For example, lawn mowing, gutter and drain grid clearance each autumn, checks on plumbing and heating over the colder months of winter, or pre-season checks in early spring. Anything that a householder would do if he/she was in residence, in fact. An overflow running down the wall can soak the fabric after only a few days inattention, and a cold snap can cause flooding - so why risk damage to your property?
If you have just moved into your new property, we can go through your "snagging list" - all those little things that the builder or last owner never got around to fixing, as well as putting up your new pictures, mirrors and cupboards etc.
All work will be discussed in person, or pre-notified to you, and if we are doing regular checks while you are absent, you will get a completed checklist by email or post after each inspection.
