We operate a low-cost service for householders in these difficult times, and think you will find our charges to be very fair. There is a sliding scale of charges, so the longer you book, the cheaper per hour.

For all handyman jobs carried out in private dwellings for the householder during normal working hours (9am-6:30pm, Mondays to Fridays), the first 30 minutes costs £15 or the first hour costs £23. After that, we charge decreasing rates per hour as shown below: a whole day works out at £15/hour. These terms are for cash/cheque payment on completion; if you wish to be invoiced, you will be charged at the commercial rate of £25/hour. All materials and fixings supplied are charged at cost.

We reserve the right to specify a minimum 1 hour appointment for visits outside the Uplyme/Lyme Regis area, unless these can be combined with another job in the same area.
Cancellations / missed appointments
Please cancel an unwanted appointment as soon as you know you will not be able to keep it, and make sure you are in when we arrive for a booked appointment. Otherwise, we waste time and money travelling to your home or property, and let other people down unnecessarily.

We reserve the right to revise these charges at any time. Please ask when you call if you are unsure of our current charges.
